Soda Bread
Ireland’s own original 4-ingredient Soda Bread – hand-made with soft whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda, and buttermilk. An Irish staple. Served with Kerrygold Irish Butter.
Station Bread
An authentic Irish Station Bread – my mother’s recipe is a hand-made, richer and sweeter “soda bread”, with golden raisins and caraway seeds. Made for special occasions. Served with Kerrygold Irish Butter.
DESSERT:
Irish Shortbread
This staple of Ireland is a simple, yet addicting cookie made with butter and sugar.
Oatmeal Cinnamon biscuits (Irish for cookies)
a soft and not overly sweet dessert with a little bit of a chew.
